Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Your Marketing Coach website and your participation in the Your Marketing Coach training programs. By purchasing or accessing any part of the program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Course Access
Once purchased, you will receive lifetime access to the course materials for the specific level(s) you have enrolled in. Access is granted to the individual learner only and must not be shared or distributed.
3. Pricing and Payment
All course prices are clearly listed on our Pricing & Enrolment page and are subject to VAT. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Because this is a digital product with immediate access to all training content, no refunds are offered once access has been granted. Under the UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If digital content is faulty, consumers are entitled to a repair or replacement. If these remedies are not possible or fail, consumers may be eligible for a price reduction, which could be up to the full amount paid. However, unlike physical goods, there is no automatic right to reject digital content and receive a full refund simply because you've changed your mind. This is because digital content, once accessed or downloaded, cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. Therefore, our policy of not offering refunds after access has been granted aligns with these regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content — including videos, worksheets, templates and tools — is the intellectual property of Your Marketing Coach and Rachael Ward. These materials are licensed to the purchaser only and may not be copied, shared, redistributed or republished without written permission.
5. Support & the Your Marketing Coach Assistant
Access to the Your Marketing Coach Assistant is included with the course. This is a custom-built AI tool (powered by GPT technology) and trained exclusively on course materials developed by Rachael Ward.
While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. The Assistant is not a substitute for tailored business advice. Your Marketing Coach and Rachael Ward cannot be held responsible for actions taken based on responses from the Assistant.
6. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued at the end of each course level. These certificates are personalised for the learner and indicate successful completion of that level’s training.
Please note: These certificates are not accredited by any formal learning institution or awarding body. They are intended as recognition of participation and progress within this specific course.
7. Data Privacy
Your personal information is used solely to provide access to the course, assist with support requests, and share relevant updates. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have access to a reliable internet connection and a compatible device capable of playing video and opening PDF documents.
9. Course Updates
We may occasionally update or revise course materials to improve learning outcomes or reflect changes in tools or best practices. Any significant updates will be communicated to enrolled learners.
